marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions
with whom we have joint marketing agreements, provided the following

member service
and offered pursuant to a joint agreement (i.e., insurance

brokerage products, act.)
We will partner only with businesses that follow strict
confidentiality requirements. We have a contractual
relationship that prohibits the third party from disclosing or using
the information other than to carry out the purposes for which we
disclosed the information.
We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about our
members and former members to nonaffiliated third parties as
permitted by law. Protecting your personal information is a high
